LOL
I wish it was really all just drama only, like what I enjoy on HBO or at the cinemas. Unfortunately, its for real, a living nightmare for me for my investment at Pangaea, Cyberjaya. ><"

I went to see. Doesn't anyone have an issue with the fact that the multi-storey carpark is not under the residential blocks? Say that's not the key problem... walk a bit only mar... the problem i have is that in the building mockup... only certain floors of the carparks are connected to the residential blocks?

Another inspiring success story, Tan Sri Dato’ Lee Shin Cheng started his journey to his billions from quite literally nothing. Born in a rubber plantation, he dropped out of school at the age of eleven to help support his family by selling ice cream on a bicycle.

Now, Tan Sri Dato’ Lee Shin Cheng owns IOI Group, world’s leading company in oleochemicals as well as one of the biggest palm oil plantations in Malaysia. The company is also a prominent real estate developer both locally and internationally.

The eccentric billionaire is also renowned as the ‘tree talker’; he believes that each of the trees in his plantations is unique and have their own characteristics.

Known As: The Tree Talker
Source of Wealth: Palm oil plantations and real estate
Estimated Net Worth: RM19.9 Billion

Most of the new condo development at least have the carparks below and accessible from every floor. It's the convenience considering the price paid.

been seeing paper ads on cars promoting this project, not sure if its the SA but seems pretty legit as I only see the developer name on them.

Have they officially confirmed the launching?

IMO the layout for atwater 670sqft is much better with both bedrooms are facing out. Also even the low floor units are facing pool and facilities where R&M low price units are facing carpark.

It will be interesting to see R&M pricing on those units higher than facilities deck.

Also the massive carpark and separate from apartment building.. if your unit choice is wrong and u get Ur carpark on other end and/or not same level as link bridge.... Then good luck!

Some info
Lease tenure upon VP : 94yrs
Bumi lots % : 50% (quite high)
Density: High 1084units as they claim this is PJ
Selling point: linked bridge to Jaya one and AtWater(which don't make sense to me but they said it's Gov req, feels like an empty promise from OSK)
Price : 680sft ard 810+ psf and 818sft ard 770+psf

Overall, concept is good but the design has ntg to shout about, facing the car park podium or the main road will be equivalent NOISY unless u get higher floor which will cost u more $$. With such density, doubt you will gonna enjoy using the facilities.
