if only one project turned bad could be forgiven kua if due to cobtractor etc. But many projs also cmi...then good luvk la.

On-going court case between buyers of a OSK project in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Interesting to note that the purchase price is only between RM271k and RM385k but the amount each buyer is claiming is damages of RM2.5mil against OSK. A total of 14 buyers are the case is now in the High Court.

That's what unfolds when shit is delivered.

Any where that I can get the info of the exact density (and also total phase and blocks)? Some of the agents started collecting cheque. Hear say 700++ units.
Do you mean that the car park is another block separated from the apartment itself? Billing the car park first has been a practice to some developers. As what I know, to do so, they will have the buyer sign 2 agreements, SPA for apartment and Car Park Agreement.
Was happy to know there is a new development by this developer. But now need to reconsider again.

have sort of given up on osk. most of the defects in my unit will be settled from my pocket because waiting for them is not an option. tenants are ready to move in.

I do not have the details for this court case. The above is from their circular report notice for a EGM. They need to declare since they are a public listed company, shareholders need to know the shit and crap that they are facing. The above mentioned court case should be for their development at Bandar Puteri Jaya, Sungai Petani, Kedah.
