I believe its 40% booked for one block...not the entire project.....my thinking.

This one I also interested to know how to qualify as BBB. I think launching sell 40% consider very good already.

unless developer demanded signing spa on the spot when make booking.

just like the H20 in Ara damansara, 2014 that time i asked the agent, they said 90% sold, 2017 another sales person said on offer discounts, much cheaper than 2014. fxck those agent really.

40% booked only for 1 block after few months of soft launch, there are project 60% sold during the launch but after few years still selling, advertised in news paper how crowded at he sales gallery during launch as well.

40% 1 block only, after consider management and internal reserve, this is likes............what do you think?

Exactly, according to a friend of mine, he looked down from his jaya one apartment and the developer has yet to move a single bulu on their construction.

The land is still empty, i guess this is also a sign that they are not financially ready.

Still at pre-launch stage, can probably check if there is apdl..
Gonna take 3-4 years + for completion in 2021

Yeah, still, with this current market. Have to think twice, many developers collecting money and build slowly, just like pacific star. Scary. I have been told atria mall sofo by the same developer delayed, and late payment not paid fully.
