Good choice mate, better to be safe than sorry. The info given on their previous project (Pangaea) is very specific and detailed. Don't think a group of individuals (myself included) will be so free to put together all these and post for fun. o.O

Yeah, visit the site, please do. Especially Pangaea @ Cyberjaya. Illustration of first phase, Paragon, supposed to be full glass facade but actual product after completion is a world of difference. Sales person dreaming?

They suka-suka change, crazy. Let me go back tonight and dig-up a letter by their management which they sent to all shareholders in 2014. Content was about hearing customers feedback and also giving the best to their valued buyers. Promised to maintain the elements of Phase 4 and 5, which is the hotel and also retail.

But looks like a few years down the road, fast forward to 2017 and they forgot that they issued that letter. Now proposal for Phase 4 is back to Residential again.

in deed,this is not the township development,its cnnt compare like previous project,and if you look at other developer with big land size with many phases,its possible for them to change the master plan to suit the current economy needs,bt i look at this one is just small land bank

i wonder how many percent of owner have the time to QC during VP by following this standard:

few factors ...contractor quality and developer QC team...contractor normally sure ada problem...then it depends on how strict and hardworking from the developer QC team....Just like any products...if QC is lousy..then good luck.

wow, what a move! rclxms.gif although im not sure how true is the rumour of OSK project, but base on some comments here, can feel something is not right about the developer. Worth to think twice. hope there are more true owner who have bad experience or good experience share their comments here, it is good to let those bad developer learn their lesson. Dont try to be outsmart and get away easily from Quiet victims. flex.gif
