The reason why the prices were marked up was because of the cash rebate. The cash rebate is not free money. You are taking on a 30-year mortgage for a property with an inflated value. Its comes to affordability, pay hse installment is monthly for 30yrs or 5yrs before you flip is no joke.
Later buy susu for anak also got problem then how? Bini can tahan or not? brows.gif
I have 4x property but all on loan and I have to eat karli with alot of rice like bangla everyday sounds good to you. sweat.gif

If u can afford, good for you but never buy above your affordability.

Most late buyers were blinded by the property market boom in 2008-2012. Even some experienced investors were caught.

Akin of call margin,loan compression is a high risk and high gain game.

I hear so many scary2 story here all mthly have to pay >rm5k per unit end up bankrupt and even suicide..but how about mthly rm500-800 per unit for small player..let say 2-3 unit only just to avoid the 70% margin for 3rd property. less risky, easier to hold and not bleeding much. for this case, compress loan is ok? well..asking for a friend tongue.gif
