Later buy susu for anak also got problem then how? Bini can tahan or not? I have 4x property but all on loan and I have to eat karli with alot of rice like bangla everyday sounds good to you. Most late buyers were blinded by the property market boom in 2008-2012. Even some experienced investors were caught.
Akin of call margin,loan compression is a high risk and high gain game.
