I hear so many scary2 story here all mthly have to pay >rm5k per unit end up bankrupt and even suicide..but how about mthly rm500-800 per unit for small player..let say 2-3 unit only just to avoid the 70% margin for 3rd property. less risky, easier to hold and not bleeding much. for this case, compress loan is ok? well..asking for a friend
