Gosh so many owners with multiple units with about the same Outstanding (same size).

Diuniaseng which prop guru can aanpai persuade ppl to buy cyberjaya and put the slogan as "next kl" deserve to be perished..

By the way now many priperty guru call themself dr. In their facebook. Hate these kind of ppl who angkat thrmself think they are so pandai with tjeir dr tutle infront. One sohai even call themself dr. Moeny. Wad fa daw is dat?

This is worse than u.s subprime 2017 i.e loan fraud. If this is a representative, incoming auctions and price dropped will be more than most expected.

Those BBB/uuu have blood on their hands.

There is another method coming into place. Michael Tan's Property Stacking as "opposed" to loan compression. No idea what it is, but I believe it also relates to buying multiple properties at a go.

The lelongs no doubt are giving better opportunity for people to buy their place for own stay compared to HOC and rebates.

very sad case indeed, but this is a good study...

for this particular project/ case:-

If the buyer no buiying this property = $0
She bought this property = -1.25Mil debts

so you prefer 0 or -1.25mil

no doubt, there are some succeed cases but the % is lower, and tough especially in this tough and buyer market.

The one buying this property was promised an appreciation of 10% or more I believe. I cannot find who advocated this project or even what was promised. But I believe the greed took over and got the better of him/her. The $0 thought that it would be +$100,000 minimum after selling each unit

I think Stacking just a name for refinance/gearing more properties based on rental/below market value.

For example 20‰BMV prop u lease to Subhome which earn 8÷ rental yield. You refinance and/or buy more property based the income/cash earn from the property. And you keep repeat the process because the cash flow suppose to cover the acquisition of the properties.

It is a fraud...

As you deceive the bank based on parallel loan submission for multiple properties where banks evaluating based on dsr without the knowledge of loan submission wirh other banks for different properties.

There are many methods out there used to deceive banks...
