Just read TNC PDF found this statement in page 1 item 2 "Only Cash Rebate which is amounting above RM 1.00 will be awarded to customer", meaning per transaction or whole month?
Example (if my maths not yet failed)
1. water bill RM15 * 5% = RM0.75
2. electricity bill RM65 * 5% = RM3.25

My cashback amount would be RM4 or RM3.25?

QUOTE(lil_flank @ May 12 2017, 11:34 PM)
Ohh this one i am not sure. I think should be whole month.
*
QUOTE(SzeMeng76 @ May 13 2017, 12:00 AM)
total amount at least from RM 1, they will calculate your total spending per calendar month, thus total cash rebate will be RM4 according yours.

Nevermind, thanks!
I see, thanks!!

maybank count the cashback on each transaction basis, if the transaction is less than rm20, (i.e. Cashback less than RM1), the transaction won't be included in the cashback calculation.. I think 1 of the forummer reported the same b4

I tried to trace back the post. I think u r referring to Kyusuke_FD3S at page 39.

I think he only made a single transaction <Rm20 in Watson on the month of Apr. Therefore he didn't get any cashback.

From this, we also can't conclude whether it is based on transaction basis or the total transaction. Hopefully someone can clarify this.

PS: Too bad I can't give an answer to this because all of my transaction in my Amex is >Rm20 for these few month.

i think for me too.. and i always max out my rebate up to RM 50 rclxms.gif
but for my thought, i still think they will calculate all spending for the month on weekends and calculate its cash back.
(Only Cash Rebate which is above RM 1.00 will be awarded to customer.) - from TnC original statement.

it will be total cash back must be above RM1, not individual transaction

Looks you can't (re)set the pin for the supplementary cards through M2U anymore?

Or did I miss it?

Strange I still get 8.88%. And it's reflected on my statement. No wonder my repayment calculation is not tally with M2U. Isn't 15% p.a is equivalent as 1.25% per month ?

That's only important if you don't pay full.

Yes, everything you spend on weekends weather physical swipes or online transactions.

One exception is some lapuk places which don't process your transaction at all on weekend. Nowadays quite rare to encounter, but I remember some years ago that some websites would just collect your CC details and then probably manually enter in their systems when employee come to work on Monday.

Last time Dell was like this, now I'm not sure.
These merchants are out of our control.

Used to accept in MyDigi app, then Digi removed it.

Hi,

Just used back M2U to pay TNB. So under the "Bill Account No:", all I have to do is to key in the 12 digit since the old one 14 digit has been discarded?

Attached Image

Thanks.

Yes, my old 14 digits still there when I make payment through M2U, so I just re-add the 12 digits for TNB payment

Last time what I did:
- bring income docs ( 2 months payslips) along to card centre
- submit together with the form
- form was printed by the staff on the spot and fill up
- once submitted, 3-5 working days is needed

Another question, the bank will convert to rm if my salary is in sgd? so it could meet the requirement for platinum.
