try check in M2U history later in the afternoon/evening.


another indicator is your total oustanding already increased (with the amount of u purchased yesterday). that means the trx already posted, just the history is not reflected in real-time.

last year i refill using Maybank cc at a Petronas station..

i'm pretty sure until now they havent charge me yet..

it is normal, they hv to settle the 1 cent issue..otherwise their acc cannot tally is also a problem for them..their acc hv to balance..
last time hv been a vendor to them and hv 1 cent issue in the application also due to rounding, also need to solve...

Mine too for Ikhwan card and since February 2016, gonna be 1 1/2 years soon but still not charged. It's RM 500. Two transactions performed together, the other one was charged but not this.

Okay, I sent the email 2 days ago. I wrote that if it's not possible to get a separate credit limit, they can split my Ikhwan Mastercard credit limit.
So now I just wait until they reply my email or someone call me?

I just received their acknowledge of email received only..then few days later a sms confirmation cards been approved..

Anyone cancelled Maybank 2 Cards before? I cancelled mine quite a while back and it still appears in my M2U, just that the status shows "Account Is Not Authorized". Is there any reason why it's still there after the card is cancelled?

it will always be in m2u system. u got to call CS to remove it from your view

I have called CS to remove them early of the year before reinstate of the 5% weekend CB on all transactions.

I got this reply just now. Does it mean that I have to fill the application form? It sounds like they're just asking me to apply again.

They are asking to re-submit everything including supporting documents.

Ya... online application cannot​ straight appeal and ask for credit limit split..

Need to fill in manual application form.. email to them..

Best if you can just to Maybank Card Centre, I did that to apply for Ikhwan straightaway they advise me to reduce CL from my Maybank2card and got the card after that
