Finally got offer letter today via email
for my PCSB recruitment process
Apply thru HR email & discover petronas: 12 Aug 2013
Phone interview: 28 Aug 2013
Declaration form: 28 Aug 2013
Structured interview: 27 Sep 2013
SI Result : 27 Sept 2013 (they gave the letter for medical checkup on the same day after SI)
Medical checkup: 3 Oct 2013
Offer letter: 23 Oct 2013
Report duty : 18 Nov 2013
PIPE : 2 Dec 2013
Timeline from application --> Offer letter = 2~3 months

PPA important woooo ... more important than your deadline coz your PPA ratings will affect your increment and your bonus and your promotion and your CEP ...... tu yang some people buat karangan 40 pages for his PPA ....

Normally how long it takes to know the TA interview result? do I need to follow-up the person in charge?

My medical was cleared for employment. I have received the Letter of Offer and Employment Contract via email today. What will happen if I tell them that I don't want to accept their offer?
Any advise is highly appreciated.
