It depends on your superior whether wants to absorb you into permanent. To be honest, it is highly unlikely, hardly see anyone from direct hire/contract staff been absorbed into a permanent due to so many procedures/process unless your boss really fight for you and HR take it very seriously.

Hi, guys. I have received the offer letter for PETRONAS Chemicals Methanol in Labuan. Does anyone here know the benefit/allowance for exec there, other then east M'sia allowance?

Is it under the same management or totally new?

Hmm im currently work at methanol labuan and new exec at here n now 2 weeks been there. May i know wht position you been offered what department or section. In terms of allowance for east msia..good news start this july all staff at pml will get house allowance. And i heard bonus at here were great.

I heard that the exec have a good bonus. Btw, what position had been offered to you, section/department ?. Right now, I'm work as rotating exec under maintenance.

Looks like we gonna be colleague, I am offered as instrument exec under maintenance also. Will be starting in October.

Housing allowance was first given to Bintulu somewhere in March/April this year if I am not mistaken. For the bonus, it is used to be great but now it is solely based on performance (PPA) and without the company bonus so it is not as lucrative as before. Warn you first.

Hello , is it possible for me to get the job eventho I received unsuccessful SI for PDB through email ? Few weeks after , PCSB left me two missed call on my phone number . Someone please clarify me on this

If I'm not mistaken those who failed their SI will be banned for two years. But if PCSB would like to conduct SI with you, don't bother PDB anymore, just go straight to PCSB and be well prepared this time.


P/S: PCSB might ask you whether you have been through any of Petronas assessment before. Pandai-pandai jawab.
