Problem is, most of the bosses jaga KPI sendiri sahaja, anak buah terkapai-kapai... & anak-anak buah penat kejar target kasi KPI boss cantek, tapi boss tak defend anak buah during MYPC... I think the so-called forced ranking phenomena really screwed Petronas teamwork across department |

Hehe I am ex-PPTSB last time (MSD Dept) 2006-2008. Great place to work. Unique refinery which processing Tapis crude only & condensate for Aromatics unit, Xy & Px. Combination of refinery plus petchem in single location
