it was better to wait over 10k , as no oil change has been done before that

try genting to test uphill power and downhill brake ( both were bad , especially loaded )

try loaded over bump ( also recommend go slow )

try Elite highway - to airport , that was the road that normally will has crosswind effect

at City drive , no need try , best already , but brake are weak over time or loaded

Steering wheel are not ergonomic , if seat are push to end , rear seat almost no space.

Gear box are smooth and good except uphill. Downhill was actually good also it lowered the gear quite fast once you on brake for few seconds.

Bezza corner can be good but you wont feel stable and almost once brake or change in momentum will lose balance and if he very near you at high speed , better let him go , the brake are not good at all.

Bezza if travel alone , speed from 120km/h above was actually very good , easily up to 160km/h. ( after 160km/h it was dangerous even on straight line , you can know it, also the engine work very hard after 160km/h and the speed climb slowly )

Hi guys just wanna ask something. My gf went to service her Bezza premium today for 30k KM and she was quoted around 300++. When she went for the 20k service it was only around RM240. She called me and I told her to wait and go ask another SC.

Is this too expensive? Are they trying to rip her off? She told me during the first service, she was already informed that normal service would only cost her not more than RM200. Only the major ones (40k, 80k, etc) would be around RM600++.

also different SC will add different thing to your car , it sort of cant be avoided , example fuel injector cleaner rm20+

Also you need to know what you have been changed each time , some SC will change your Transmission/Gearbox oil earlier thus if you change SC you need to know when was next change ( for Bezza 1.3 was 40,000km from the website , but i remember AutoOil should be 20,000km >.< )

On 2nd service , i was expecting more expensive charged but instead the SC charge me less due to no Tyre Balancing and Allignment was done.

Some SC will change thing earlier than they needed.

For most normal service - air filter , engine oil , engine oil filter

then - gearbox oil

then - iridium spark plug , brake oil , coolant

others such as aircond ,tyre, brake pad depend on condition.

Yes a budget car maintenance aint cheap more expensive than normal car

i wasn't aware that axia brake pad is so expensive, it just a normal pad it seems, or they come with kits like with other stuffs that they change together other than the pads?
the aircond service is rm400, they take off the dashboard to clean the evaporator?

Brake pad that come with grease they say abetter one. Yes Aircond they need to take the evaporator just now i go sanden to chk my compressor the sanden staff told me anything pertaining to aircond shud be service by sanden looks like i kena con by perodua service centre

At warranty booklet written aircond are 5year , and should be need to service by those authorized retail.

Not sure . And don't like aircond service as the original fitting are gone , they might mess up with wiring as well.

The dashboard dissemble cost atleast already rm150

Brake pad are expensive >.< , can consider change outside since no warranty.

This morning i went to sanden they told me my aircond tank chge by perodua servicecenter ia not original so my compressor warranty is void

the most concerning part is..... the plastic clips might gone case during the disassembly and assembly process. not to mention potential squeeaking noise that follow up with it.

aircond tank? got tank one meh? or you talking about the filter drier? if this si the case, you can talk to perodua sc regarding any warranty claims on ac parts, i believe you also keep your service record right, else they might taichi.

oh.... this is thingy that they put the filter drier. Axia is seperated from the condenser? Coz usually this container are usually one piece with the condenser, at least on myvi it is like this. i think you should log a formal complain to perodua customer service on such thing. imagine you service at sc and you got a non ori part. If sc is not trustable, who should we trust?

Now take back original part still voided? All these thing are well known by perodua la , just if not much people complaint they wont do a thing. SC over sell thing also very common , really dont know how those who dont know about car going to survive haha.

Reading warranty booklet and car manual was a very important step to do once you get your car. ( each time i got problem with my car or before send to service , i will refer to car manual and know roughly the cost << everyone should do this )

Anyway , SC profit = Perodua profit as well , when Sales Person over sell why Perodua care haha

The produa staff say they kaotim fr me chge back ori stuff after this incident i alrdy lost confidence with perodua sc i will just chge engine oil, spark plug fr other perodua sc next service. Others stuff i m gonna do outside somemore today i wasted my leave to chk aircond with disappointment

Brake Pad and Brake Disc are different

Pad kit = brake pad

Brake disc change at 40,000km need to see condition , mostly wont have problem. I can also believe your brake pad are actually still good to go

i always been sell this Injection Cleaner but i only get that 1 item , yours are really speechless
( i have been communicate with Sales/Service Advisor , and he give me a Total Price and i agreed , but in the item he mentioned he never say " injection cleaner " )

Cabin Filter was needed in Service recommendation but it was priced at 24.20 for Bezza , instead they give us Alza cabin filter ( i also get this one at 20,000km while recommended was 30,000km )

To be honest , my house Iriz was also being charge a MUT tuning for rm60 for almost every service , while the other SC which use before never do this , it was a ECU reset or tuning sort of thing , do we really need to do that every 10,000km?

the story here was to be aware whenever you go to SC , be it outside shop or official sc.
Confirm price , confirm item , if ok then service.

by the way , service booklet also said that Service are determine by SC to know what to be changed.
