Anyone face issue where you can't add credit card info into your account?

In when select "Add Credit Card" info, it takes me to a white screen that and was stuck there for quite some time before exiting with error message "Session Timed Out".

Strangely, I'm facing an issue when I try to add it on my PC too, long loading screen that ends with an error message.

today my switch lite suddenly just died. it wont turn on after sleep mode. battery was at 90%. last thing i did on the console was browsing the eshop and didnt close it.

is this issue common?

Did you try holding down the Switch's power button for 12 seconds or more.. See if it does anything. If not i'd say hardware issues, which isn't really common, just unlucky.

yep. now it turns on and…. it turns off again. got error code 2107-0114.

turning on airplane mode seems to fix this at the moment.

That sucks, it means something is crashing. I'd say the wifi is probably the issue or bluetooth. I could only suggest you to get it repaired, hopefully it's under warranty,

warranty is long gone. kek. i usually left the console on airplane mode, today i forgot to turn it on again after browsing eshop and it decides to pull this on me. what a lousy console.

That's a defect rather than a normal thing. I think it's more hardware related. But could be fixable, try to ask around if they got shop which can fix it. Maybe shop like Impulse can? Idk.. last time got heard they got fixing service was switch.

okay found the issue. it was caused by the latest update. the console downloaded the update when i left the wifi on but the update still wasnt installed. when opening eshop and go straight to sleep mode, the console wont wake up.

after applying the latest update 13.2.0 i can put the console on sleep mode when browsing eshop and resume the session.

Sounds like the software is just buggy for some reason.

Another weird thing happened today. I leave the console on sleep mode, leave it in my bag. Battery was last seen at 80% with airplane mode on.

This morning the console is dead and battery is left at 5%.

What is happening?

How old your console? Time to replace battery.

When did you last seen battery at 80%..? A week ago...?

today found out the console is dead. 11am.

this switch lite is maybe over a year old.

Something is definitely running in the background to drain battery like this...

i played xenoblade yesterday. died to a monster, frustrated and then i hit the home button, close software and then press the power button once to sleep mode.

Hello. Does anyone here own a Hori Dual USB Playstand?

I got one recently to use a wired controller, but it makes this very high-pitched noise that sounds like coil whine when charging my Switch if it's in Sleep mode. Noise itself might not be loud but I have sensitive ears so it's very noticeable to me. Just wondering if this is normal or not?

Before this I used a Dobe USB playstand that is smaller (and much cheaper) but it didn't make any noise at all. Quite surprised to hear this kind of noise coming from an officially licensed accessory.
