You go buy and try. If banned by Nintendo switch, you still can go for mod your unit.

You can buy from eShop when there's offer or buy 2nd hand game cards. All those are safe.

I usually buy from Shopee Online especially those 1.1, 2.2 on wards..... with all kind of credit card, shop discounts & vouchers, end price sure cheaper than eshop. It is both an account and hardware ban.
Once ban, the account will have limited access with no access to the digital library and eshop. The hardware unit will not able to access the Nintendo server. All games will not be updated and will not be able to use Nintendo online services. |
