How about DLC, will some region lack of DLC? Or all DLC is the same across all region?

Want to ask, I lost my 3ds years ago. And i just bought the switch. Would the friends from 3ds still remain in switch? or it would be as good as new again.

Also is US account better or Malaysia better? I believe its the former in order to subscribe to the online family plan thingy? Also it seems like nintendo and nintendo network account are two different items?

For Lazada, I’m not sure, sorry. I don’t usually buy from them.
For e-shop, I usually buy games there during the e-shop sales - so M4G is definitely not cheaper 😂
