erm, you prolly want to get a proper cable if you are looking for a USB type-A to USB type-C cable
a cheap random cable without proper resistor might fry your switch if you are not careful

Gold points are rewarded for every digital/physical 3DS/WiiU/Switch games purchased; which you can use it to get 3DS themes or discount for certain WiiU / 3DS titles. However, there’s no Switch specific rewards can be claimed for now.

Currently, Switch games purchased thru:
eShop - $60 x 1 gold point = 60 Gp rewarded
retail - $60 x 0.2 gold point = 12 Gp rewarded

Starting March:
eShop games get 5% discount as Gp; example:
$60 x 5% = $3.00 (300 Gp)
retail games get 1% discount as Gp; example:
$60 x 1% = $0.60 (60 Gp)

Therefore, if you hv accumulated 500 Gp; you can get a $5 Off your next purchase if u wanna used them.

the 1st half of this year seems to be a bit slow for nintendo switch (maybe nintendo want to put everyone focus on Labo) but there are quite few big games coming in the 2nd half of this (fire emblem, bayo 3, maybe even pokemon/metroid prime 4)....

by frame rate do you mean slowdown when in battle with lots of enemies and effects on at the same time?

I was anticipating such after the dev reported it on twitter but so far I only encountered 1 or 2 skipped frame when traversing the area (with no enemy or fighting ... just jumping). seems more like slightly cannot load the next section in time kinda effect

nothing major as far as actual  gaming experience so far
