Go check out Mevta's FB. KKM already set July this year IINM as the end date for "open" nic juice sales during the guidelines meetings - the ones that were held when Vaping was "un"-banned last year.
Heard it on the Interwebs some time ago but I personally confirmed the news with the Mevta rep over at Vapecon. Hence why some players in the market are gearing down.
Why? Coz apparently Nic - even after Vaping itself being allowed - is still a class A poison according to KKM. Funnily enough, seems they're not calling it a full on "ban" on nic juices, just a "prohibition" against retail sales. Make what you will from this subtle distinction.
That said, it's the supposed end date for "open" sales. Things will probably continue under the table as usual anyway... Especially as Vaping itself isn't prohibited. And I'm thinking that the "bigger" players will have enough pockets lined that they might not have much of a problem.
