If it is the bank's mistake, you can request bank to remove the entry in ccris record. More work for the banks though.

Further note: re-read that you got charged for interest on unpaid balance, not late payment fee.
Should not have any impact to ccris.

Just sharing, increase or decrease of limit does not impact CTOS.. if you are referring to CCRIS, higher limit actually gives you better score wink.gif
