talk to 3rd cs, keep on reassure me nothing happen to CCRIS. anyone know is it once kena finance charge then will enter CCRIS already? i tot CCRIS is bank send to BNM, so cimb cant see their CCRIS for me?

As expected, I didn't get 5% cash back for my Taobao HZ. It's not 0.2% either, I'm suspecting it is 2%.
 Gotta call up CIMB CS to make a complaint. |
