I didnt get my lazada rebate for last month. their service getting poor.

Further update:
I have checked with them and purchased via LZD apps only get 0.2% rebate.
They categorized it as "Other rebate" .

Guys,

Just my 2 cent, for those who want to complain the LZD CB issue, dont just email to them. I tried few times, slow feedback+same reply with template.

The best way is to call them up directly and ask them to raise a ticket for you. I done that and 1 week later received a call from CIMB and tell me that will adjust back the CB to me.

What a lousy service.

Just called to CIMB, and i was being told the 2nd RM15 will only credit in my December statement (60days instead of 30 days). i made a called to CIMB to cancel my card on 2nd of Nov, and i got the RM15 few days later after i agreed with the offer. And i requested to logged a report as the initial agent provided me with a false info which i can actually complain to BNM.
