Keep getting the scheduled maintenance for TNB website. How long usually ah?

want to check shoppee TNB payment.

it's been down whole day. unusually long especially it happened during daytime.

How you guys verify ah if down long time?

i checked since early morning liao at first mytnb app show empty acct info. mytnb web showed cloudflare page. by noon, web portal showed the message liao, app still can load but "cached" amount. if you refresh the account, error came out.

normally scheduled maintenance is done at midnight/wee hours in the morning; and not during daytime where traffic is high. since this morning already saw the cloudflare page, sure something else is happening.

may i know, normally what times is suitable for shopee tnb bill payment for pbb 10x promo...
due to times zone?

PBB customer service told me that credit card transaction with PIN will not have any sms notification. Can anyone verify this? My MBB, UOB and HLB can allow me to set for minimum RM1 transaction to trigger sms notification doesn't matter PIN transaction or not.

different bank, different implementation. dont bother to compare.

some bank CS is really shit, they just know how to do things blindly.
u need to get to those marketing ppl cos they are the one that work hard for the credit card as they got target every month.
for example i got rejected once by Maybank and the CS don't want to disclose what is the reason.
but then i apply through another agent from marketing and they found out the reason i got rejected is because i got another credit card with Maybank and the only way i can get another one is to reduce the credit limit so that the other one can approve...
