Yes, it's to beat small screen restriction by casting to big screen like HDTV. LOL, I could cast kodi with my phone and this devices if i want.
This will eat a lot of data since the phone will be on their own LTE network and not on roaming with celcom, which has been locked to 2 Mbps
Note 4 with extended battery 10,000 mAH zerolemon is prefect choice for casting video streaming to HDTV and other devices

just move on.. They can detect the device when you connect to their network.. Unless you really want to use the sim in the phone than go ahead with surat sumpah. If you do surat sumpah and later still use the usb modem you can get more trouble.
