Need to ask webe capped streaming to 480p only or not.

Actually it's not easy for service provider to control what's they claim to. Like streaming service is capped at 480p. How the hell the want to control without the help from streaming provider itself. The only way is to restrict the pipe they own aka the bandwidth. But to restrict the bandwidth for particular service is like a cat & mouse game. The streaming provider always changing something. And they need to update their list/way. Another easy way, lets cap all google traffic (eg).

How long the service will terminate after you request for it? Mine after a day is still active.

Very bad experience terminating webe.. Need to request 3 times.. Luckily I check the status after a few days.. Now they asked me to pay for a few day that's the line is not terminated.. Already request for waiver since I already paid the final amount when the 1st request. Hopefully this can settle properly. Need to be-careful since they got this term, account with be re-activated is the amount not settled with 7 days.

Trying Digi.. Hahaha.. Mostly because of the webe speed most of the time below 5Mbps.. A believe Digi have better 4G coverage than webe. Most important can streaming at 5Mbps which is HD capable. And you can complain if speed below 5Mbps..

just move on.. They can detect the device when you connect to their network.. Unless you really want to use the sim in the phone than go ahead with surat sumpah. If you do surat sumpah and later still use the usb modem you can get more trouble.

As long as can connect no need.. That's the thing with webe.. Speed is unpredictable.

If you upload around 3-4, you can have up to 20mbps download. It's more toward congested rather than throttled.
