Yes, it's to beat small screen restriction by casting to big screen like HDTV. LOL, I could cast kodi with my phone and this devices if i want.
This will eat a lot of data since the phone will be on their own LTE network and not on roaming with celcom, which has been locked to 2 Mbps

Their T & C has clearly stated, no hotspot, phone usage only. blame me and most Malaysian doesn't read up fully of it.
Remember that when firstly introduced, must need to use certified phone to enjoy the discount? From 199 to 79, the subscriber must be TM user and use the certified phone

From day one which they introduced the plan, it clearly said that the plan is for phone usage and they have the right to suspend or terminate the abuser.

It was my lucky star , I already use up to 4 month with USB modem before being suspended for abuse. I think they have begin to clamp down those suspected abuser when they introduced the 3 month 1GB free hotspot

Exactly, blame myself too, even I knew this is for phone only' plan. Actually, they're​ quite lenient to not straight terminate the account and make this difficult as they can reserved the right to recover the due which I as a subscriber whom already agreed with the T&C when signing up for this plan with them.

Don't mess with TM as the big brother in Malaysia Telco.

Just aware, if kena kantoi due to non mobile usage, to unblock it, need to write surat sumpah and get it choped by pensuruhjaya sumpah

But if kantoi again.. I have no idea if webe will take legal action or not as these surat sumpah are legal document in malaysian law

Too bad, it must be under their own 4g coverage for webeB.
