Using mobile. I'm at Jalan Song too everyday it seems fine without any issue. Just don't expect the seed to be blazing fast but it's just enough to use daily. YouTube , Facebook without any issues.

I'm sure this question would have been answered a few times by now but i didn't find a solid answer.

How does telco track whether you tether or not? And if they use some method, since it's android, isn't there a way to block certain info from being transmitted?

If you really want a solid answer why not asking their customer service via live chat or email their technician ask the details about methods they use.

webe not really accurate with their coverage map also. On their map it shows part of Pengkalan Hulu is covered with LTE but since i 1st day using and go to those places cant even get LTE signal. the 3g speed in the morning is ridiculous and only after 3am to 7am I can get 3-4Mbps...

Guys, anyone know where can I get the details of the "fair usage policy" for webe?

Was thinking to apply the line for unlimited calls & sms for marketing purpose.

Wondering how does their FUP are~

dont think they spell it out the exact quantum. x minutes of calls, x number of sms, x GB of quota.

iinm, they have a way to report abnormal usage, then they will take action accordingly.

e.g. if you use at call centre (MANY ppl using 1 line), your bill would see outgoing calls for almost every second (this behavior doesnt reflect an actual HUMAN behavior using on mobile phone, right?). for a month's worth of calls made, it takes probably hundreds of pages for your bill with itemised call details.

u sending same sms at 100 pieces already triggered the banned.
my case

but i think if u sending it in maybe 10 sms then stop should be ok
and prefer change sms content 1st before sending again

Same here. Giving it a try. Nothing to lose since no contract.

I obtained the sim card last night and already answered YES to Celcom's sms on whether I want to port. Now just waiting for the webe sim to be activated.

Maybe you should look into webemobile biz & webebroadband biz instead of the normal consumer package.

webe is good but you need to root phone.

Unless you happy using on your phone nia, then can give it a try.

Just aware, if kena kantoi due to non mobile usage, to unblock it, need to write surat sumpah and get it choped by pensuruhjaya sumpah

But if kantoi again.. I have no idea if webe will take legal action or not as these surat sumpah are legal document in malaysian law

Guys, anyone experiencing slow speed on openload.co?

It's just burst at first and then capped at 512kbps.

This is unacceptable

I had difficulty receiving TAC from Maybank and CIMB, and checked with the live chat. Was informed that it takes 48 hours for the system to update the bank telco details for new users.
