if they said complete 25 . la la process 30 and 1 jun install.. i die la... Either way if can get advance 179.. i take maybe.. no choice,.. 149 kinda useless .. if 129 yeah.. preaty good if somebody got it. I no need 30 mbps but i do need high upload..

Streamyx ARPU is only RM89. TM had planned to offer Unifi Lite 10 to Streamyx users in their presentation recently as it is a way to improve ARPU. Most of existing Unifi VIP (subscribed before 2015) customers are VIP5 and to be upgraded to Unifi Lite, nothing to lose for TM. Unifi Advance customers are those upgraded/new customers after 2015 and still under contract of 24 months, if they downgrade after contract ends, nothing to lose for TM as TM might have recovered the cost incurred (infra, modems, TV box etc) in 24 months.

You are interested in free HyppTV channels (if subscribed by May17)? You can wait till one day this year TM officially offer promotional rate of RM129 (like Unifi Advance at Rm179) or 1 month free subscription!

Unifi areas also a lot of breakdowns. TM is also busy with buildup of bandwidth and upgrading existing unifi customers and delay is already reported. Streamyx may be more stable than Unifi in the next few months.

what to do..malaysia internet really unreliable much.

TM might wont update/advertise yet in their website/anywhere due many places doesnt have UNIFI lite at the moment.

yeah, overall fiber is still much better. Streamyx is just too outdated. For those on FTTH, youre future ready.

Indeed getting outdated. Some places no longer offer streamyx, only for UNIFI. Some new houses already doing built in fiber wiring, etc

Yeah, my new house in a new taman has unifi FWS pre-installed by developer even before CFO. And it was 2014. All cabling done underground beside the house foundation.

Good!!! These houses I love the most, dont need go for so complicated wiring

So today they r at my home doing installation.

Wow not bad at all. Got tp link ac 1200 router.

Is this router good? It is retailing at >rm300.

Comes with concealed LAN cable as well?

Whats a FEW? U mean FWS? Its installed in the living room just beside the power sockets (red circle there, i dont have recent photos with me now haha, these are taken before CFO).

Theres also a square hole directly outside the living room wall where the fiber cable pass through (for maintenance purposes maybe). The green distribution box is just outside my house.
