Well they are still in 'take it or leave it' attitude..

[1] Learn from mobile operations, buy bandwidth from TM and distribute to a few users. Eg. 4 neighbours join to buy Unifi 100mbps at RM300, each paying RM75, you may sometime use 100mbps if your neighours are not using internet, during peak hours each will get 25mbps. I think this is how mobile broadband works.

[2] The Govt and TM are spending billion RM to build up HSBB2/SUBB till 2019. When they complete most of the infra, it is likely they will slash the internet cost to half (as announced in Budget 2017). Don't expect other telecoms including Time will invest billion RM into less populated areas, to ride on TM's existing network is much cheaper, instead of laying their own cable.

Sharing the resources is always cheaper than each owning their resources. (just like Uber/GrabCar, AirBnB)

+1. If I can choose, TMnutz will be the last 1 on my shopping list. fark them because of the monopoly shitz.

Yesterday when I was searching for the normal Unifi coverage on Tm's website,I notice that their database seems to have a tendency to get my address wrong all the time,I think they are updating their database system for Lite...

If you don't need free 600 minutes calls, you may get it at RM129 (I am guessing), though the standard package inclusive 600 min calls is RM149. Just wait till promo (eg Unifi 30 standard RM199, promo RM179 but no free calls).

I already sign up for Unifi Lite (10mbps+hypptv+600min-voicecall) for rm149. I was asked if I wanted to include the rm20 voice call. So rm20-voicecall is considered as optional. But so envious of those who got the Unifi Adavance 30 with free upgrade to 50mbps n free voicecall for only rm179, a diff of rm30 with a 5x faster speed. Now I am thinking of cancelling the deal but am afraid of limited availability of Unifi in the future, so need time to ponder over this and has postponed my installation for another 2 weeks.

Tm agent just call and said my place got unifi lite. Yesterday,tm point said no... Now their agent say yes. And the voice call cannot cancelled. So the price is 149...
Donno which one is true...so many pattern.

Last time when I want to upgrade Streamyx 4Mbps to 8Mbps, they also said cannot. Can only upgrade to Unifi.
They only want your money.

No more IC photocopy is allowed. Now all IC owner need to walk-in to do thumbprint.

IC thumbprint is to check the IC whether is genuine with real owner and create form.

Now TM only allowed thumbprint application. Many agents doesnt have the bio-metric device so still using photocopy IC which TM doesnt allowed photocopy IC anymore. (Pls careful on this)

Next time I suggest to go for bio-metric application which able to protect youself.
