I have some issues with the latest best prepaid. I bought it to try out the quality of its broadband offering before committing to the infinite package. However, I realize with the best prepaid and one day unlimited high speed broadband pass, I can't seem to be able to access certain websites likes Digi's own website, tumblr, and some other overseas news websites. My handphone's smart prepaid with free weekend 4G internet works with no issue though.

Anyone has any idea of the possible cause?

i m using huawei mate 8 dual sim. only switch the 4g to either one sim and do speedtest. i do inside my room, in the same place put on table to avoid movement.

DIGI 150 - for me , is bit a dissappointed ( may be my area problem or device problem ? ) , i only got 5-10mbps , is not worthdy , unless about 20 and above 20 mbps , i did test with iphone 6s and s7 edge speedtest almost is the same with my LTE cat 3 ,4 mifi and modem , even in LTE-A coverage ,
i not sure why , or i can assumme digi did control tranffic flow at back end system , different pacakge diifferent treatment....

Anyone always encounter silent call ? Really frustrated.

Same issue here infinite 150 them said unlimited speed !!!! but now my speed maximum 15m 12.am-9pm , 9pm-12am 5m only
My other digi postpaid get full speed 40-50m

Very unlikely for mobile telco not to manage bit torrent traffic.

Well, your area is congested mah. Some people use it for P2P and some illegal file sharing. Also some people get Infinite to be shared with 10 people. Mana boleh. So have to switch to 5mbps. I believe if only you use, 5mbps is more than enough.

Let's support DiGi in implementing this speed capping.

Can I still use Internet and make calls from combo pass (the monthly pass is till active) if my credit is expired?

on 4th (teusday) april i request mnp from celcom to digi (prepaid) via online
on 6th (thursday)i receive the simcard
9th i call celcom asking about my mnp status
on 10th i call digi and they said they have yet to submit to skmm approval
need to wait until 12th.
that's 1 whole week!
is this normal for mnp process?

celcom is prepaid or postpaid.. lol skmm? mine from past mnp few times only took me less than 20 hours...
