Exactly. I'm still waiting for the "Confirmation SMS" as stated in their email sent to me after i completed the online process on their website. Should get it within 7 days. But why must 7 days for just a simple change of plan?

You can't simply blame Umobile for that because i personally has quite a few port out experience. All was successful in less than 24 hours. How is that sounds?

Yes, the email was from ecomm web. How do i cancel it? What do you mean by CS? Is "CS" here means the staff at DiGi center?

Upon a closer look. Yes the name is "Ecomm Web" but the sender address is the same as yours, noreply@digi.com.my.

Btw, mine was a change of mobile plan application, from PREpaid to POSTpaid.

Guys, if you apply new account (new number) straight from DiGi website for their Infinite 150, how long will it take for them to deliver the SIM to you if you are in KL/Selangor area?

One more thing, could we let someone else receive the SIM on our behalf if we are not around?

I see. Will they do free resend (like Lazada) if I'm not around? Or i could just instead go to any DiGi Center and ask for a replacement SIM should i missed the delivery of the original SIM?

Btw, I just made the payment for new number at around 10 PM just now. Would they send the SIM tomorrow (Saturday) or Sunday?

I have cancelled my application to change plan. I instead go for a new number and made the payment just now.
