I have some issues with the latest best prepaid. I bought it to try out the quality of its broadband offering before committing to the infinite package. However, I realize with the best prepaid and one day unlimited high speed broadband pass, I can't seem to be able to access certain websites likes Digi's own website, tumblr, and some other overseas news websites. My handphone's smart prepaid with free weekend 4G internet works with no issue though.

Anyone has any idea of the possible cause?

want to ask if you guys ever bought the RM5 so called "unlimited" VOIP addon for the broadband package (BB100 & etc).

i just found out that my VOIP package just ended today after i purchased on 27/3/17. it says in the message "i have reached the maximum usage of VOIP".
I always use skype or Facetime to my family almost every night for 30mins to 1hour.
so now i can't use skype or Facetime anymore.

WTF is that supposed to mean? Then what is unlimited means to you Digi??

or unlimited means only 3GB, like the original VOIP addon package quota which was hidden as of now??  bangwall.gif

Does it indicate unlimited or with a quota when you purchase the pass in the app? As far as I know it's with certain amount of 'fair usage' quota.

How's Digi network quality now as it has attracted so many subscribers to its 'infinite' mobile plan. Wonder if it gets the same dillemma as Telco U or Telco W or not.

That's sucks!
when register, paid one full month price first, when terminate, pay full month charge again...

anyhow, goodbye to my Celcom First 38. Just submitted MNP to DiGi prepaid, after one hour, received sms from Celcom, and reply YES to confirm. My billing date is 24th too...
RM38 get 3GB data + carry forward + 50min call + 50sms
vs
RM28 get 3GB data + 100min call. or RM28 gets 5GB data.
more saving on DiGi prepaid.

I miss the time that MNP from prepaid to prepaid, porting done within 15min~few hours, even on weekend.

I help my father to port out from celcom today but didn't receive the confirmation message from celcom though. What's the normal waiting time for porting out from celcom?

I reset my network settings and the WiFi calling option showed up after that.

But now after I enabled WiFi calling, it still doesn't show "DiGi Wifi Calling" in my carrier name... but that might be because I'm roaming. Maybe DiGi doesn't allow use while roaming? Umobile allowed it because I used WiFi calling on this exact phone in the exact same location...

May I know what phone you're using?

My phone not support volte, so cannot subscribe. any way to enter vowifi with 5s since cannot subscribe volte?

I think it is confirmed that the setting will only appear for iPhone 6 and above. I switch my Sim to iPhone 6 and I can toggle the setting on.

two different things....

1) ur phone support vowifi/volte or no, this depends on the phone sim u inserted to the iphone
a) vowifi ... under setting -- phone -- wifi calling for iphone 5s 5c se 6 6+ 6s 6s+ 7 7+
b) volte .... under setting -- mobile data -- mobile data setting -- enable 4G -- voice & data for iphone se 6 6+ 6s 6s+ 7 7+
2) ur phone number
go digi apps to check whether ur volte has been subscribed or no
a) if yes - u should able to connect vowifi/volte (and of coz, must be under 4G coverage...)
b) if NO - you should call CS/live chat to subscribe VOLTE. dun say vowifi as i bet they dont know what is it....
*
So you have tried this method to activate voice over wifi on iPhone 5s or iPhone 5c?

I am using iPhone 5c and it is not showing in the phone setting.

Tried with iPhone 6 and it worked. I hope I can get wifi calling enabled on the 5c though...

I've had the option since I got the carrier update.

The problem isn't getting the WiFi Calling option... the problem is actually getting the "DiGi WiFi Calling" to appear as the carrier and getting the call routed over WiFi instead of the GSM/3G/4G network.
*
May I know which iPhone you're using at the moment?

Write a feedback to digi and let them decide if they wish to patch the weak spot.

Anyone experience the wifi calling not stable? Sometime on call then the wifi calling is off back to normal cellular.
*
That is the fallback when the wifi signal is deemed not good enough by the phone.
