I suggest MNP 1-2 weeks before the bill cycle to avoid the delay in MNP process.

My family tried to MNP from Celcom 3 days before the bill cycle, but got delayed until the Bill cycle date. Celcom charged 1 full month zzzzzz

For my family, celcom already told us about the 1 full month charge when we signed up for their plans. So , we were informed beforehand.

To be safe, don't MNP too close to their billing cycle date. MNP process can be delayed due to many factors, so give yourself some time allowance of 1-2 weeks before billing cycle date.

Celcom Termination charge

What happens if I terminate my plan?
You will be charged 1 full month of your package value on top of your outstanding bill amount.

So do make sure when mnp, some allowance must be allocated to avoid this ridiculous charge by Celcom.

But Digi is ok so far. Very generous with their data offering and unlimited call.

My only complaint is they charge for I-message and facetime activation

guys need opinion on termination of Iphone plan , still under contract.

My billing date is 21st , if I terminate today, I will be charged RM200 penalty and pro-rated fee from 21/4 - 16/5/17 right?

any other charges need to pay ?

If i pay the termination charge today, can I port out to other telco today?

hu hu, just ported out from Digi, paid penalty RM200.. finally can use my mobile number for I-message without being charged 60sen for activation
