oh. ok2. can i know how to know 2600Mhz band? i mean based on cell id.
*
Use gnettrack to check
Digi network:
Cell ID 0xx = LTE 900mhz
Cell ID 1xx = LTE 2600mhz
Cell ID 2xx = LTE 1800mhz

Update: DiGi has enabled full 15mhz bandwidth for its 1800mhz sites at KLANG VALLEY only (from 10mhz previously)
Lets go abuse the network .....

Since changing my phone to Mate 9 Pro LTE-3CA the line had been very responsive with full 4G or 4G+ line with Digi compared to my previous phone Xiaomi!

Mi Note (unstable connection), fluctuates between H+, E and 4G! Avg 6 - 15Mbps

Mate 9 Pro (very stable connection), fluctuates between 4G and 4G+ only! Avg 30Mbps - 60Mbps

That's the problem with budget devices, they cheap out on radios and their modem chipsets. mad.gif

I have to agree with your comments. Now no more H+ connection for about 28 hours ady! Excellent connection between low end phone and flagship!

Now I am thinking to port back to Digi (my main line is Maxis) and using Digi only. See how it goes.

Even its using SD Soc, but manufacture can choose whether want to get full package or not..example some of xiaomi Redmi phone using SD Soc, but no fast charging, because xiaomi want to save cost and didnt put in the FC feature..

Modem module on SoC doesn't influence as much as antenna does. So the bigger contributor here is poor antenna design.

You pay what you get. This is very true.

Mi Note - RM1549

Mate 9 Pro - RM3399

You decide. I've experience this already!

Mi 5 also quite stable connection but the speed still very slow. With Digi you get around 6Mbps to 15Mbps only! In conclusion, Xiaomi devices are not too good for Digi at least but outperforms with Maxis.
