twitted digi ..live chat doesnt help on slow line..checked maxis it's faster so problem is digi here.

Man, my digi broadband connection over here at Bukit Mertajam, Penang for me is getting worse and worse, DNS issues, I think still... near 2 weeks d. Earlier on end of May Steam store and community page down.

4th of June: google went down, unable to access

sooner or later a lot other site slowly cannot access too, youtube, 11street, etc...

and now today (14th) even facebook went down.

funny is I check Steam and facebook and few other site, if I use VPN like hola on Chrome, can access fine sleep.gif

If use hotspot on my phone (using Celcom line/net) can access fine too.

Got report SKMM d, hopefully it'll get investigated and fixed soon. Crying here. bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

Having trouble changing from prepaid to postpaid plan.. It says "customer validation fail".. What should I do?

im using digi since 2005..... same number.. laugh.gif prepaid.. just sometimes i thinking... is it worth go digi post paid? rarely make call too... call via data... and my data is 500mb per week.. per month only spend rm16...

What's the absolute lowest it's possible to spend per month on prepaid? Tried using gadget SIM to share data with my main line, but it's RM20/month and it removes the data rollover from my main line. Only plan to use it for GPS so it shouldn't eat much data.

1st month topup RM30 u will get free basic internet, used that 30 credit to extent validity for next 30days.

theoretically should work lah.. hmm.gif

Our team has been informed regarding the above issue and they estimate that the above issue should be resolve before 23/6.

Furthermore cannot lodge a ticket or escalate it because it's an ongoing maintenance, can only do that if I still have issues afterwards. No google, no youtube, no facebook, wonder if how many more sites I cannot access before it's fixed. sleep.gif

I have a question.. I just came back from overseas and just switch to Digi prepaid number. On my whatsapp and other chat apps, it doesn't kick me out of the groups and chats, is that normal?

Dunno about wechat but whatsapp will keep using the number you first activate/register it with unless you go change in the settings section. It doesn't actually actively check your current phone number... even when change it just send an activation text to your new number and if received correctly it switched to that.

I actually kept using my old number as my whatsapp number for a year despite new sim and number until I got unlazy and changed it, lol.
