Just contacted a digi representative and he mentioned that i150 can't be used with a mifi and need to tether via a phone. Either he is giving the wrong info or really can't use?

QUOTE(amirarsyad97 @ Apr 5 2017, 04:55 PM) Not true. My dad using i150 through tplink mifi got no problem getting 5+ connected users. Plus, im using tplink tl-mr3020 as repeater, many more users can be connected Thanks for the confirmation. I think that these cs really should improve their knowledge. They can cost digi some sales if give wrong info. This post has been edited by plateau: Apr 5 2017, 05:49 PM |

Funny la these cs. Oh well. Another question which i also ask their cs. If get extra sim, it can't share the i150 unlimited internet and need to purchase additional internet plan for the extra sim. True or another wrong information by the cs?

QUOTE(fruitie @ May 21 2017, 10:24 PM) No la. It means 7 days to complete whole process, you still can do everything on your existing SIM card until it goes off network, then only you switch the SIM card. My mnp experience is slightly different. Received mail from gdex, open up the letter and only have the simcard no letter. The process only starts when you have received your SIM, you will need to go to a website to initiate it, it is stated in the letter sent together with your SIM card. I MNP-ed from XOX, I think 4 days like that because Digi had issue with its system earlier. I also did not initiate at website after receiving the sim. Instead it was initiated automatically as i received the mnp sms that day asking for confirmation. Weird but I guess that gdex somehow can tally or something with digi |

QUOTE(eeeglow24 @ May 25 2017, 12:10 AM) Hi, Yup not inconvenient for me the 50/50 split calls. Just ported to digi because of this. Will probably keep an eye out for other Telco plans and switch should a good offer come...just an announcement to Digi InternetPlus add on subscribers, please note that Digi now split the Talktime quota to a ( 50% Digi to Digi & 50% Digi to others). So might be inconvenient for some people and maybe it's a hint to port out to other Telcos. |

QUOTE(alexyeohleo1985 @ May 31 2017, 11:47 PM) those who know the mifi modem username and password? Try username : adminbecause i want changed the setting. because my devices can display the password. but i dun want get people see it. Password : admin If huawei default is like that. Make sure to change it after you log in. If you forget your user/pass, you can always reset your mifi. |

Digi is indeed having issues with certain areas as i asked the cs within the mydigi app via chat. Try asking the cs for your area status...

QUOTE(Mr Gray @ Jun 6 2017, 10:54 PM) Yeah did ask them via email. Haven't got a reply yet. I'm not even in any jungle, my home is literally 3KM away from Midvalley. If they can't even serve the city centre properly, I don't even know what to say. Forget email and go directly to chat via the mydigi app. Estimates of downtime or maintenance will be given straight away. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jun 6 2017, 11:08 PM) It looks like it's really bad in you guys' areas. Me on another hand do not have so much of issues. Yes, I do experience slower speed at night. From 40Mbps to around 28 to 31Mbps, like now. PJ section 16 is improving tonight since issues for the past week. Download 20mbps now and ul crazy 30mbps lol 😂But still I subscribe it for mobility and the speed so far is sufficient for my usage. I am in PJ area near to SS2. |
