Digi is completely unusable now. Near kuchai lama. 4G speed like 200kbs. T_T. Thank god I only use digi for broadband, but my phone use celcom.

use 3g much better.their 4g network is useless

already told them countless time since 2 months ago.and the CS keep bullshitting me with 'area under maintainance' reason.so i gave up

I face similar problem when in the outside,but once outdoor,speed ok, but me closer to OKR and jln kuchai lma.

Before may, all good, since then getting worse for indoor.

Checked cs, first say no report if outage,after i insist to report, someone called back,saying too many users, and new tower is expected, but may drag upto oct, if slow from authority.

Hope after July OK when spectrum reallocated.

Did u use my dg App to chat and report. I do,so case no tracked and status.

I do face those similar answer,but I insist to lodge report for higher level report.

Somebody recorded 170Mbps, another one 100Mbps, also with 80Mbps. Typically around 20-50Mbps. My area is 40-55Mbps.

180Mbps seems to be the limit for now, according to the data provided by prosibu. Achieving a theoretical max of 180Mbps would mean you would need to be in KV and have to have perfect cell signal for 2X CA and have no one else connected.

Digi Broadband having so many weird DNS problem, like Steam and google cannot open, 6-7 days d.... I wonder if Digi has stupid algorithm blocking those sites since I visit often.

Last time can just use Google DNS solve all d problem now they lock d, change DNS even more pages cannot open.

Weird because I can open 99% of pages fine, download speed good, but that 1% pages just cannot open at all, always time out. Google and Steam especially, both important :S

No issue with Google. Digi postpaid, prepaid and Infinite 150. Default DNS.

that's what im afraid of, might be digi blocking me since all those pages cannot open are the ones i visit often. maybe some stupid Fair Usage Policy algorithm of theirs or something :S
