The minutes are enough for my usage

Wah means it's dangerous to go with prepaid cuz maybe suddenly the plan might be cancelled... Thought can save some money. But still, if can save RM12 per month and Digi continue to offer the prepaid plan for 1 year potential savings RM144. Quite a lot

Intermittent outage since late this morning. At one point I couldn't even get through to the Digi Helpline ("I'm sorry, this number is not available at the moment").

It seems to be back online now?
I tried turning on airplane mode and turned it off, it searched for my network and now I'm able to post this.

Sometimes on any roadshows / events, they have promotions of RM50 plans but they are giving like RM40 only for RM50 plans... for life wan unless you change plan again... i'm now on RM 25/mth plan... if got more datas, would like to go for that... fyi, this is my secondary line though...

Not very sure about that but promotion is definitely still on-going. Need to act fast though as we're not sure when they are going to withdraw this plan from sale.

i just ported over to digi from maxis and i have subscribed to a plan to get 500 minutes (split 50/50 between digi and non-digi numbers) for RM 28..then i went to add in 5 out of 6 buddyz numbers..then proceed to make a call to one of my "buddyz" for about 2 minutes...checked my itemized plan usage and saw that they deducted from my 500 minutes...is this normal or am i missing something? shouldn't they NOT deduct since it's technically free or 1000 minutes for a call to a buddyz?

Which prepaid plan are you on? the buddies is only applicable for certain plan, and you can only add up to 3 numbers to call for free on buddies.
I think the one you added is called friends and families or whatever, which allow you discounted rate to call/sms to those 6 numbers.

Then this is a very good plan indeed. 26GB anytime quota per month is good, although only for 12 months after that only 16GB.

I don't know about an offer like that, last time Umobile have that kind of promo back when they started.Now thinking wheter taking the 50GB plan is better or not since my broadband plan is 25GB for life.

I would like to know that kind of plan too.

Digi just changed their prepaid RM28 InternetPlus plans from 300min to all networks to 150min all networks and 150 digi to digi.. Last time they change Unlimited facebook to 15GB a month.. Only used 1st month got the good deal.. 2nd month digi already doing some hanky panky stuff to their plan.. 3rd month cutting more features.

anyone uses old Digi Broadband plan?

i was using DG185 now no longer available... paying RM185 but only get 60GB quota...
asked customer service to increase quota say cannot, since got contract...

postpaid unlimited internet only RM150, and broadband DG100 is 100GB, ask to up quota to at least 100GB also cannot...

how much penalty to pay if you terminate?

if not much just terminate la. yes we are in disadvantage if in contract.

dunno whats the penalty yet... asked to go service centre to confirm... no time to go wait in line yet...

one thing is don't think that penalty as a fine
but as a payment for the MiFi for you to keep
i assumed the contract came with MiFi

ya... i've checked the modem is RM299...
if not mistaken, the penalty should be around RM300 + (months remaining * RMxx)... DG185 no longer exist so not sure the amount... so its like buying the modem.. but wait few months when contract ends get it for free... so need to calculate first if to terminate soon...
