QUOTE(zedy @ Apr 4 2017, 03:04 PM) just live chat with digi after 6 days waiting after received first email saying my application on process. changing from broadband plan to infinite plan is invalid Correct, you cannot switch from/to a Broadband plan to/from a Postpaid/Prepaid plan. (This is true for all the telcos.) What you should do is cancel your Broadband plan and sign up to Infinite plan as new (or from another call plan).

QUOTE(zedy @ Apr 4 2017, 03:54 PM) I prefer infinite 80 bro.but closed alreday I see. The Digi system was too dumb to prevent your application to switch from Broadband from proceeding in the first place.

Guys, please be more discreet when discussing internet blocking and how to get round various restrictions.
Assume Digi people are reading this thread.

Tonight I called Digi 2211800 helpline and I was surprised to get an almost instant access to an actual person at the other end after keying in my details.
So Digi is doing something about all those complaints about long wait times at the helpline. Have to give them credit where credit is due. 👍

QUOTE(jiaen0509 @ Apr 14 2017, 02:54 PM) Normally I wont call 1800 or 1300... Just call 03-xxxx-xxxx... QUOTE(alexleow81 @ Apr 14 2017, 03:29 PM) same here. I will search for land lines or mobile phones so that I will not get charged! Sometimes put an extra effort saves some bucks! 1 800 numbers are free to call from Digi and Maxis. Don't know about the other carriers.

Just curious, is there such a Mifi that can function on AC power alone with the battery removed?

QUOTE(ryukick @ Apr 17 2017, 07:48 PM) Anyone use Roam like home? If I subscribe to Digi 80 and activate it for RM10 can cancel anytime and reactivate when I go overseas and get discount again? So far yes, but Digi may stop the discount in 2018, or they may extend it depending on their mood at the end of 2017.

QUOTE(ryukick @ Apr 17 2017, 09:24 PM) You can activate and deactivate anytime? Discount affected? Well, yes, that's what the CS person told me, although I haven't actually tried it, since I'm paying zero for this on my Postpaid 110.

QUOTE(ryukick @ Apr 17 2017, 10:36 PM) I see. Thanks bro Get 4g coverage as well overseas? I noticed when I was with Umobile using their free backpack data I'm only able to connect to 3G overseas So far I've only used it on Starhub; mostly 4G with the odd dip into H+. Can't say for the other roaming partners.

QUOTE(hestati @ Apr 19 2017, 07:58 PM) Guys, I'm back with the same question. Who has VOLTE enabled on the phone that's not officially supported. I still cannot get mine to work, even though VOLTE is enabled from Digi side. You'll have to wait until Digi supports your particular device. I think right now only certain iPhones, Samsung Galaxys and Huawei phones are officially supported. "VoLTE enabled by Digi" simply means they have turned on VoLTE for your account (not your device, only your account) but VoLTE will still not work if your phone/device is not on the Digi official supported devices list. QUOTE(StarPrimo @ Apr 22 2017, 07:26 PM) Got the same missed call too. Any idea what's is it? No idea. Doesn't look like anything I would want to pursue further. If they call again I will block it.

QUOTE(HolySatan @ Apr 22 2017, 10:47 PM) use this apps to block spam/suspicious call Don't like the way these caller ID apps try to take over the phone dialer, especially Truecaller, which I found overbearing and intrusive. I now use the stock dialer's own blocking feature.

QUOTE(annoymous1234 @ Apr 25 2017, 11:48 AM) how does the digi family plan works? say i take postpaid 80, and the family plan I choose RM28, I still need to add RM10? so its 80+28+10?? what is the rm10 for? RM10 is internet sharing fee, i.e. you pay for the right to share internet.

Intermittent outage since late this morning. At one point I couldn't even get through to the Digi Helpline ("I'm sorry, this number is not available at the moment").
