Just vote with your wallet, there aren't the only Telco in Malaysia.

Finish off or sell out all the credit and port out to other who can give better value

Thanks to MNP by skmm.
Last time, when there is no such thing like MNP , we're stuck with that Telco unless we terminate or throw that number.

What's wrong with DiGi network seriously. Even 4G sometimes stream will lag and unstable. Their CS not helpful at all when complaint just give case id but don't really call back to follow up customer. Getting fed up already thinking to port my spare postpaid line out to maxis as well.

Exactly, it was inside the term and condition when u signup or subscribe any plan from Telco
So, just leave with your wallet to other Telco which can satisfy your needs.

Yes, you have to aware that it have term and condition that this is subjected to change or terminate. Even you go to growl with skmm, you will lose since you are deemed to agree with the term and condition when you're subscribed to the plan.

I bet you don't even read up the term, correct? All Telco have the clause to reserved the right to change, amend or terminate the plan.

I give you the best example, Telco green legacy unlimited postpaid become to limited one, do skmm can help?

No way and no fcuk given to existing subscriber as you already agreed with the clause when you're signed up.

In conclusion, vote with your wallet.. MNP to other Telco which can give better value

Hello everyone, it's my first time posting here and I need to ask a few quick questions.
Is there a way to lock my signal to 4g only with digi?
I'm using a mobile router, or mifi (model mf910).
At certain times of the day, I get full speed and when I'm downloading large updates, the signal drops me to 3g hspa or umts (signal drop when downloading always happens).

Worst case is, I have a few 4g lte bars and no connection at all.

I have questions regarding digi website MNP.

after i received new digi sim from gdex.
Then my current telco sim went no signal.
I plugged in new digi sim.

Next step is, i must call digi customer service from my new digi sim? Or i can just call it from anywhere, eg:landline phone?
