Damn, I just changed the plan at Digi online for the 5 + 5 gig with limited voice minutes.

Can I still walk into Digi Store to change to this Digi 50 lite with 3+7 gig and unlimited calls? Or have to wait certain time to change the plan again? I think should can change right since not bounded by contract.

And also which certain store can provide this plan? Is Digi center@SS2 able to do it?

digi at night always unstable? during 3am-6am i try i can get stable connection. but at night 8-12am so unstable. is this normal?

i see on the mydigi app that i have 3gb of digi music freedom but when i try to activate it using the digi music freedom app, it would give the error "60020: there were no records found".

what should i do in this matter?

Yes can change anytime. I usually go to basement Jaya Supermarket; good service and not much crowd.

Or you can try your luck with customer service and say that you were given the wrong plan.

How can I apply for infinite plan 150 if I don't have nric(registration requires one)? I only have a passport as I am an expat working in MY.

No need nric,bring along xx copy of your passport for registration.You need to pay an additional deposit of RM500 on top of the upfront payment required (RM300)for infinite plan 150.

I thought Infinite plan is only for online registration?

Ya,online registration only but for foreigners maybe different case.Digi stated that registrations made by foreigners are accepted as well.Better ask Digi to assist.

In our condo we are using tm and we get frequent disconnections. Would infinite 150 be a good substitute?

For expat,I think you better ask Digi so that they can give you more accurate information.Where are you staying?You can buy Digi prepaid to test the coverage yourself.

Gonna share the connection to the whole house(terrace house) if possible. I already have a D-Link and TP-Link from Streamyx and there are quite old, around 2013 routers xD

Better check if time dot com offer its service at your condo? That's the cheapest and best value of money. But it's not as widely available as unifi/maxis fibre. I think that's a better choice for you than digi 150.
