I would choose Digi anytime. Of course if price were a constant, I would choose Maxis first and U Mobile last.

1 800 is free as enforced by MCMC but 1 300 is chargeable as is 5454 and other short code numbers.

next time you wanna call customer service of TM, call 03 2601 5000 (same effect as calling 100)

I have been trying to find a similar number for TNB 15454 but so far, the 8 digit number is elusive!

I was having the same problem in my area, Sec 5 PJ but they always follow up.

However last week, I changed from my Sammy A8 to C9 pro and the problem went away so it could be and probably is phone related.

In any case when I had my A8, I could solve the problem of dropped calls by forcing the connection from auto to 3G only.

However, Digi followed up today not knowing I changed my phone and told me they enabled my Volte and asked me to reboot. So far no issue yet...

On your phone under network settings, force your network to 3G only and try if still cannot, for call stability, force to 2G only.

In addition to the above info, Digi got 2 types of rm50 plan:

Postpaid 50 and Postpaid 50 lite which gives a bit less data with unlimited voice.

So yes it's true, rm50 + 20 for sharing will allow you to opt for up to six supp accounts at rm38 each where to supp accounts also get unlimited minutes and able to share principal's data quota.

This plan has been around for about 3 months now. The one that is on the web site and advertised is the 5 + 5 gig with limited voice minutes.

This one is called the Digi 50 lite with 3+7 gig and unlimited calls. Just walk into any Digi Express store and upgrade/sign up.

Make sure they sign you up for the correct plan!

Yes can change anytime. I usually go to basement Jaya Supermarket; good service and not much crowd.

Or you can try your luck with customer service and say that you were given the wrong plan.
