That autopay for Digi is like BullShit! Subscribe when I registered new Digi number. As I have advance payment which is one month. So first month no autopay. But consider 1month.

Lazy and dont know hw to explain... Just I subscribe autopay only got 4times 5% rebate. stupxd digi... Then I cancel autopay already.

same here . Normally average can get 10mbps but now 1~2 Mbps only.

Autobill kenot schedule on which date rite. Anyway i pay using hlb wise. So doesnt matter which date as long once a month, get 10% rebate.

We received multiple reports that the Digi network was down this morning.

Our checking indicated that Digi is experiencing a power outage in one of its tech centre in West Malaysia and another outage in East Malaysia.

Not all customers are affected by this outage. Digi is working on restoring the services. For East Malaysia, it should be restored by 5pm.

We hope Digi could update its customers on this matter via its Facebook page. There's no official announcement at the time of writing this.
