How can I apply for infinite plan 150 if I don't have nric(registration requires one)? I only have a passport as I am an expat working in MY.

QUOTE(KidMeNot @ May 16 2017, 06:03 PM) No need nric, bring along xx copy of your passport for registration. You need to pay an additional deposit of RM500 on top of the upfront payment required (RM300)for infinite plan 150. Thank you! A bit pricey. 800 total! When can I claim back the deposit? In our condo we are using tm and we get frequent disconnections. Would infinite 150 be a good substitute? |

QUOTE(KidMeNot @ May 16 2017, 10:45 PM) For expat,I think you better ask Digi so that they can give you more accurate information.Where are you staying? You can buy Digi prepaid to test the coverage yourself. Thanks! I'm staying at pj seksyen 14. My friend who's also staying near and is using digi says the coverage is fine.QUOTE(Mr Gray @ May 16 2017, 11:14 PM) Better check if time dot com offer its service at your condo? That's the cheapest and best value of money. But it's not as widely available as unifi/maxis fibre. I think that's a better choice for you than digi 150. Actually, our neighbor, the unit beside ours is using time and according to them, they are also experiencing frequent disconnections. That's why I thought infinite 150 could do the job since if I'm not mistaken, it's using broadband connection compared to tm/time. Kindly correct me if I am wrong on that. |

QUOTE(Neomax3 @ May 16 2017, 11:53 PM) fiber optics broadband will always be better than mobile broadband,period.. and as far as I know mobile broadband tends to have more intermittent/frequent dc issue than fiber.. Ah I see. I didn't time is on fiber. Will weigh my options more then. Thanks for the help ya'all!just that mobile broadband will be very useful if you travel around frequently.. |

QUOTE(Mr Gray @ May 17 2017, 07:16 AM) The owner of the unit got tired of asking tm bout it. Can't really do anything bout it too so I was thinking of just getting my own internet ergo infinite 150.Went to a digi store earlier to inquire about expat application for infinite 150. The person was not sure so he tried calling someone (maybe his supervisor or whoever), and coincidently, we heard the phone ring beside us, so the person he is calling left the phone. After that, he just told me that it is not available anymore. Any one using infinite 150 for online gaming? (Mmorpg or moba). How is it in terms of dc-ing and ping? |
