Back in 2012, my ex colleague took EL just to queue and pay deposit for his unit in Shaftsbury at his age of 25, think joint name with siblings. Back in 2012, the property mkt in cyber was really crazy. Everyone keep talking abt it, every month you can see price of new and sub sale price keep increasing and sapu once open to public. I was told by him his unit cost almost RM1000 per square feet, a small unit cost 700k that time. Not sure how is there doing now |

With the amount of construction projects happening in Cyber right now, I have a feeling that the road infrastructure will start be become overloaded in the next 5 years. Shouldnt Majlis Penbandaran Sepang starts to upgrade the roads to cater for the population growth for the next 10 years? Theres still only 1 each of Sekolah Rendah and Sekolah Menengah in Cyber but yet people keep coming in
