This is indeed truth. Remember nowadays even people stay Seremban 2 for work in KL.

There is only 2 logical reason someone will hate an area.

The first reason is he/she has vested interest to in other areas. That's why he/she has to say bad things about a specific areas so that his/her area will look better.

The second reason is he/she must have made a huge lose investing in a specific area. So, he/she continue to bad mouth that area because he/she was hurt badly by the losses. It's like you got dumped and will always hate the person who dumped you.

About 600 smaller banks in US are on the edge of collapsing , and many are predicting a 87 Crash.... coming back

Long term US Interest rates are on up trend, others have to follow soon.

For me, I personally prefer to stay debt free..

BTW, another war in Middle East is coming. Oil Price Impact ?

Tbh, if for high rise, rather buy outside KL/Selangor cz here all price damn expansive, too many units, rental suck, definitely need top up bank. Bought outside KL, rental/bank loan is positive cz price much cheaper. Cons, need to take 1 day off for any issues related to the house, tenant in etc

Well, the Government is working towards partial n gradual withdrawals of fuel sudsidies ...in a way less people would be driving to work.

Places with MRT , LRT or Rails might be the preferred hot spots for rental markets ..
