If all cbj units are fully occupied, population would be a few times of current. By that time, quiet lifestyle claimed by cbj lovers will be no more.

Oversupply, underwater, property, scammers...do you even hear yourself. For a person who says he has never been burnt by buying property in Cyberjaya, you do seem a little rattled by the thought that there are people whom are very happy with their Cyberjaya purchase. I am an Unker who grew up in TTDI in the 80's when people called it tempat Djinn bertendang. Subang Jaya was for school teachers whom couldn't buy property in PJ, Kelana Jaya was for staff of PKNS, Bukit Kiara was at the edge of the world, Sunway was a sinking tin mine, Kajang was only good for satay, Taman Megah was thought to be a place for people whom were neither here nor there, Puchong don't say laa...cowboy town back then. The thing is your mindset, after what we all went through with COVID 19, we should choose property based on own preference not for flipping or trying to make a quick buck, the days of UUU/BBB are GONE...get a proper job my pren...by the way most people who bought Cyberjaya property for flipping in the past 20 years are bitter... padan mukak...flippers 14th floor. Cbj is over 30 years old, started developing at about the same time as Puchong, Kota kamuning, setia Alam, Bukit tinggi, usj, etc, and had better infrastructure. The rest is history.
