hehehe both not my place. well condo with bad design can't be help right. anyway you don't say shah alam? my unit in shah alam flooded and the whole B2 parking lot submerge in water. this one water until ankle only.

Indahria apartment in shah alam worst.. structural integrity compromised. They spent quite a huge sum fixing their place few years back, 1 flood and that's it.

sad to say it is.. but because it's not silicon valley like, i think I'll be getting a bigger unit here. prop price is cheap here and with how quite and near it is to the airport my wife and myself likes this place.. 4th year living in cyberjaya.

Hardly have any homework which some parents might not like.

My daughter got more homework from daycare than the school.

Everyday, no problem of her not wanting to go to school.

Wear school uniform for 3 days and another 2 days, she wear school t-shirts.

They will be re-starting co-curriculum activities again soon too.

Even though majority are Chinese, there are quite a number of non-Chinese kids attending the school too.

since 2010... his always negative when it comes to buying a property la. i've been in continuous argument with icemanfx since 2010. Well nothing have changed. Prop prices did drop but not sky falling down. He have to try harder to own a property.

yr investment making money or not? 10 years back i said it and now i'll be saying it again. If property prices fell drastically it's the same to happen to other portfolio investment be it shares, new addition crypto etc. Don't need to tell me otherwise.
