It's an expressway, it should be away from busy area. Else like ldp always jam at all entry/exit point. In fact ldp shouldn't be a paid expressway, it's a trunk road widen to be like expressway, then entries and exits everywhere.
I prefer proper expressway to get u to city instead of going thru all other crowded and jam area.

That exit from mex to seri kembangan did go thru both ends of crowded and jam area due to 2 lanes and traffic light bottleneck ...i guess u dun use that road do you...๐

I know exactly where its exit. My comment is on top of someone saying don't know whose idea for the exit out of nowhere. They probably expect exit straight into equine Park.
My comment also about ldp means without exit entry right beside highway/in front of shops. U need it to be away from those for traffic dispersion and too bad even so far from main road exit for MEX seri kembangan, there's still jam due to the main road bottleneck. Haha thats malaysian road planner ...poor and pathetic planning ... Wouldnt believe the mrt will make any difference ..as again mrt stations alignment is also poor and pathetic, those development who r willing to shell out n share cost was the beneficiary, but the true crowd of ridership is elsewhere....its just not efficient because half the time or most of the time, if u have a car, u wouldve reach the destination same time or faster than to take lrt/mrt/ktm/erl ...benefits? Get to rest in train...and somewhat slightly cheaper cost only

Cyberjaya is a big scam heaven... Using the rental market to lure investors. Agents say got Big uni there, lots of students etc.
Many years ago, i was offered 200k cash back if i purchase a condo for 700k. Imagine that..
Those who wan quick cash, can submit multiple loans and get multiple units. Thats why when these properties go for auction, the value go so low.. its not worth 700k, at most 400+k.
Im not sure other states, but prime locations (not those north mont kiara, Kl south etc) price so steady. Especially landed. Developers jus dont care, jus make smaller units so people can afford, instead of dropping prices.

So far Cyber havenโt had any flash flood incidents. Major reason is Cyberjaya city was planned from the beginning with all the infrastructure to support it. In other places, the development is without planning, causing infra overcapacity. This place should be attractive to more people in future.

hehehe both not my place. well condo with bad design can't be help right. anyway you don't say shah alam? my unit in shah alam flooded and the whole B2 parking lot submerge in water. this one water until ankle only.
Indahria apartment in shah alam worst.. structural integrity compromised. They spent quite a huge sum fixing their place few years back, 1 flood and that's it.
How is the market for landed in Cyberjaya? I see places like SEG, SH, GR and Ceria landed prices seem to hold well. My question if family living in Cyber, which gov school to attend? I know there is a SJKC but SMK only 1 right? (Saw from internet the school is so-so only)

What I can see, 1M above prop not really much price movement. Not sure if this is good or bad. Just go to international school la if stay cyber. if not, putra better choice
