This unit outstanding for management fees is rm40k++ God knows the other hidden fees. Also double transfer will need more than 14 months. Mine still in the middle of it after 12 months, nowhere close haha

Regardless how bad it is, ive been living in Cyberjaya since 2007 til 2012, then moved to stay in Cheras & PJ for close to 6 years, I'm still in love with Cyberjaya eventually & moved back to Cyberjaya.
I don't deny it is a bit far from places like 1u & Kepong, but I'm working at Bangsar south currently(close to 4 years), I'm very happy with the travel time + distance. Just that you'll need to spare a little bit more for the MEX & LDP toll fares.
Not to mention, travelling to Puchong, Sunway & KL isn't far if you compare to the time spent travelling to the same destination from many other places. You might spent double the time if you travelling from some other places within klang valley.

In return you get to enjoy greener surrounding, peaceful and quiet ambience. But everything you need is basically so accessible, by average within 3km radius. No need to worry about traffic, parking , etc.
Imagine you stay in Sri Petaling or SS2, even though the shop is nearby, how long do you need to spend to look for a parking lot so that you can park your car? In Cyberjaya, you just park, pick up and go. Even if you want to go grocery to just buy a bottle of milk, you don't need to headache about looking for parking.

Yes, if looking from investment & food options perspective, I don't deny Cyberjaya is not the place you should look for. The non-halal options is still kinda limited, but those that sustained their business in Cyberjaya in general selling decent dishes. Cause the lousy one all closed shop ady due to no demand.

It is really depending on what you really want.

To me, Cyerjaya is still the township which suits me best for living.
Up to the rest who keep criticising Cyberjaya. No matter what we still have our own community with a group of people who are in love and enjoy living in Cyberjaya.

Those people probably holding high rise unit in cyber with shitty rental rate.

That being said, high rise devolepment really should stop.

My ecoglades unit not appreciating at all (maybe drop?) , but I'm not planning to sell it for the next foreseeable future. I never consider poorperty as investment vehicle, wife like it, we buy it.

So any legit unit selling below 500k for landed? Cos as far as I know(monitoring for the past 3 years on and off) haven't seen any unless Dengkil. Even lelong attract alot of buyer already at 700k mark. Last I know is mirage at 650k full cash payment.

I have 2 prop in cyber bought way below market, one lelong and one subsales from desperate owner. Really no regret. Feel sorry for some of the failed investor like few ppl in here.

Cos I bought 2 unit at cyber.

But on serious note, I think very strategic for those working at puchong/Bangi who don't like busy city. Not for everyone, but I enjoy the peace. Getting busier tho, I really disagree with all the Mct project next to eco glades. Buat jem. Gonna be a fail project like Mutiara haha

Everytime I see random article about Cyberjaya I will always remember icemanfx haha. Spend so much time for someone without vested interest, really intriguing.

I stop by here cos I saw the article about failed silicon valley and wanna check if the regular guy is doing his work or not haha. Respect for going strong.
