Its true that cyber is over supply as like other place nowadays.

For cyber, previously most of the condos is by investors rented out to students n foreigners but now more local moving in especially those affordable housing will be stay by local owner.

Yes, nice surrounding ie Park, malls, many new restaurants coming in. Setia Alam also nice development but too far for me, ok for those living around western KV. Personally, convenience is more important. So, it's up to individual preference.
