The cost of ERL for 2 person per month is about the same for 2 person heading to KL on the same car. Same scenario here where both me and wife are working in KL while living in Cyberjaya. Using MEX dailies (prior to Covid) using our trusty Vios and RM 200 seasone car park. The cost of fuel, parking and toll is about the same taking ERL daily which is about RM 700 per month for 2 people excluding parking which is only RM 2 a day at the ERL station

Cyber has long shifted from previous mnc based to just another township actually. In last 3 years the population actually tripled and majority doesn’t even work within Cyberjaya .
And funny enough the majority of those working in Cyberjaya don’t live in cyber while majority of those staying in cyber don’t work in cyber . It’s as if there r 2 different groups

how long will it take for me to travel from cyberjaya to bandar utama and which route is the best for me to take ? . I do know that LDP are heavy during peak hour.

Currently im looking to buy houses for own stay and Cyberjaya seems very good for me since there are lot of cheap option .

its definitely a good time to buy Cyber as there are just so many bubbled burst property around
